Services

ABSRTS provides AI software products and professional consulting services, including new product development, AI-driven modernization of existing systems, and senior product advisory work. Information on this Site describes our capabilities and portfolio; it does not constitute an offer to provide any specific service. Any engagement for paid services is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement executed between you and ABSRTS — these Terms cover only your use of this Site.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for individuals and organizations accessing it for legitimate business purposes. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Use of the Site on behalf of an organization constitutes that organization's agreement to these Terms.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, portfolio screenshots, designs, and code — is owned by ABSRTS or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any ABSRTS intellectual property except as expressly set out here.

You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial informational use only, provided you do not modify it and retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, modification, transmission, or commercial exploitation of any Site content — requires our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;

AI-generated content

Certain pages on the Site or in our portfolio applications may reference or demonstrate outputs from artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated content — including text, code, analysis, or recommendations — may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Such content is provided for informational and illustrative purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and suitability of any AI-generated content for your intended use.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services that are not owned or controlled by ABSRTS, including portfolio applications hosted on third-party infrastructure. This Site embeds a meeting scheduling widget operated by Calendly, Inc. When you use the booking drawer to schedule a call, you are interacting directly with Calendly's platform. Your use of the Calendly booking widget is subject to Calendly's Terms of Use and Calendly's Privacy Policy, in addition to these Terms. ABSRTS is not responsible for Calendly's data practices or the availability of Calendly's services.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, that defects will be corrected, or that the servers that make it available are free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ABSRTS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN ALL CASES, ABSRTS'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ABSRTS and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content or information you submit to the Site.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware for any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site.

Dispute resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact ABSRTS by email at contact@absrts.com and provide a written description of the dispute, the relief sought, and your contact information. The parties agree to negotiate in good faith for a period of 30 days from the date notice is received. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief for urgent matters.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ABSRTS with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings relating to such use. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
